A local grade school teacher and brand-new mom from St. Louis, Libby, faced the daily struggle of finding easy, nutritious meals for her daughter, Poppy, while juggling the crazy demands of life and motherhood.

With their second child on the way, Libby and her husband Ethan launched Mon Amie Poppy, driven by the vision to offer:
